The Finca is located in the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, in the municipality of Jimena de la Frontera, Cádiz. Located 7 kilometers from Jimena de la Frontera, and 30 minutes from Sotogrande, Gibraltar, or Ronda. The house was built in 1890 and completely renovated in 2010. Several buildings are on the 40.000 sqm plot. The path that takes us to the farm is the GR7, or Arab / Roman road, parallel to the Hozgarganta river. After entering the Finca through a gate, we find the two Mainhouses and the beautiful manicures garden with panoramic views, lots of palm trees, a large swimming pool, and several parking spaces.
The Mainhouse which is separated into two parts is constructed of 50cm stone walls, with Arabic gabled tile roofs and wooden beams. The exterior carpentry is of iroko wood. The ground floor offers an entrance hall, a guest toilet, a kitchen with a spacious dining area, a living room of 100 sqm with an impressive open fireplace, an open English traditional bar, and a bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite with a shower. On the upper floor, there are 6 bedrooms all with their bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom has an open fireplace and a terrace with a stunning view of nature. All bedrooms have a radiator heating and air conditioning with a heat pump.
On the plot are Stables of about 150 sqm, consists of 8 boxes of 3m2 x 3m2, with storage and a patio to wash the horses. A Riding range of 60 meters times 20 meters. Furthermore a Warehouse of about 50 sqm as well as a Wood store of another 50 sqm. For the guards, there is a private separate house with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The Finca has water and electricity from the network and additional clean river water. On the plot are lots of fruit trees, Vegetable gardens, and a chicken coop. Wild animals are often seen in the garden, such as deers.
