The creation of it can be framed in plots located in La Reserva de Sotogrande, for its beautiful hillside setting and impressive views over Sotogrande and the historic Strait of Gibraltar.
The design is located on hills overlooking the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees, the home has been created in two volumes that intersect perpendicularly. The facades of natural stone, glass and Mediterranean white wrap like a canvas the connection between the two volumes in a vivid dialogue with the garden.
Environments where light flows in elegant, spacious environments embraced by nature.
Motorized access to the house takes us to a parking for two cars next to a pond with palm trees and a spherical metal sculpture from which the water flows, giving us a sound and continuous welcome.
We cross a floating walkway to access the main door behind which a huge window shows us the beautiful natural landscape.
This beautiful design and recent creation, has all the comforts of a family lifestyle at the highest level.
