Villa Caricias is the result of the creative synergy between the Iranian architect Milad Eshtiyaghi and Miguel Mellado, real estate agent in Sotogrande.

On the proportions of the villa, we decided to create a family home easy to live in and with functional spaces: on the garden and pool floor, the common area is distributed with an open kitchen integrating living room and living room, with direct access to the pool and gardens, the three large bedrooms are oriented to the East.
